2008 NIVS Meeting Increasing coverage for the 2008-09 season Atlanta, Georgia, May 12-13 The Summit, which has been cosponsored by the American Medical Association (AMA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) since 2001, was well attended; 214 experts representing over 110 diverse organizations participated.
