Enroll in IVATS for 2007-2008!
For distributors or manufacturers of vaccines
Thank you for your interest in enrolling in the National Influenza Vaccine Summit's Influenza Vaccine Availability Tracking System (IVATS). Your voluntary participation helps provide a valuable resource to healthcare providers who need to determine which wholesale distributors or manufacturers have influenza vaccine for sale.

Here is how Enrollment into the Tracking System works:

  • You fill out the information in the form below and click the "Please Enroll My Company" button.
  • After clicking, you will see a screen with a link to the Reporting Form. If you are prepared to submit your first report, simply click on that link and enter your vaccine availability information.
  • As a result of submitting this Enrollment Form, you will receive an automatic email message listing the information you entered. Please reply to that message with any corrections that may be needed.
  • Within two days, we will send you another email message telling you that you have been accepted into IVATS. Only after acceptance will updated vaccine supply information appear in the IVATS database.
  • Throughout the influenza vaccination season, we will send you email reminders to submit updated reports which are due every two weeks.
